Preparation before use
1. Component inspection:
-Check if the fascia gun body, massage heads, and charging cables are intact, undamaged, or loose
-Confirm that there are no foreign objects in the installation interface of the massage head. During installation, align the interface and gently screw it in. If you hear a “click” sound, it means the installation is firm
2. Charging operation:
-Using the charging cable provided with the product, connect one end to the fascia gun charging port and the other end to a 5V/2A power adapter (or computer USB port, power bank, etc.)
-When charging, the body indicator light flashes (different brands may have differences, subject to actual product); The indicator light stays on after being fully charged
3. Gear recognition:
Before starting up, familiarize yourself with the differences in strength between the four gears. It is recommended to start trying the first gear (gentle gear) for initial use
Usage steps
1. Press and hold the power button for 2-3 seconds. After hearing the prompt sound, turn on the device and it will default to mode 1 (gentle mode)
-Short press the power button to switch between 2nd, 3rd, and 4th gears (strong mode) in sequence, and there will be corresponding prompt sounds or indicator light changes when switching
2. Massage operation:
-Choose a suitable massage head (such as a spherical head for relaxing large muscle groups, a U-shaped head for both sides of the neck, a flat head for large muscle areas, and a conical head for deep pain points)
-Place the massage head vertically against the target muscle area and move it slowly. It is recommended to massage each area for no more than 3 minutes to avoid excessive stimulation of local muscles
-When massaging, the intensity should be comfortable and have a slight sense of soreness and swelling. Do not press the fascia gun forcefully, use its own vibration to do so
3. Shutdown operation
-Press and hold the power button for 2-3 seconds, then turn off the device upon hearing the prompt sound
4. Post use processing
-Remove the massage head, wipe the sweat or stains on the surface of the massage head with a clean damp towel, and store it properly after drying
-Place the fascia gun in a dry, cool place and avoid direct sunlight
Precautions
-It is forbidden to use it for a long time or at high intensity in protruding areas of bones (such as joints and spine) to avoid injury
-The massage time for each individual part should not exceed 3 minutes, and the total recommended duration for whole body use should not exceed 20 minutes to prevent excessive muscle relaxation
-Do not use a fascia gun during charging to avoid the risk of short circuit or electric shock in the circuit
